Jessica "J.D." Decker is a Brooklyn-based Global Creative Director known for bringing together creative, content strategy, and design execution to build cohesive brand campaigns and experiences. She's worked with brands including Invesco, A+E Networks, History Channel, Lifetime, Victoria's Secret, The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Harper's Bazaar, and O, The Oprah Magazine.

Known for connecting the dots between teams, J.D. specializes in complex creative and business challenges: rebrands, acquisitions, building teams, and scaling creative operations across regions and markets. She's comfortable working across various team sizes, budget levels, and skill sets, always focused on creating space for bold, strategic work.

As Invesco's Creative Director, J.D. leads creative strategy across North America and EMEA, guiding the global brand and building the in-house creative infrastructure to support it. She actively integrates AI tools into creative workflows to accelerate production and expand what her in-house team can achieve.

When she's not working, J.D. can be found planning her next trip, propagating her plants, making mood boards, and hanging out with Fraggle, her schnoodle.
